Come and give Beginner Hoops a three week trial to see if it’s your thing. We’re sure you’ll love it. Three weeks of Hoops will teach you the safety aspects, some climbing techniques and several different moves and poses, it will also give you enough of a try so you can be sure you really enjoy it. Then if you do, simply sign up to keep going afterwards. Ages 15+
Classes are two hours long, beginning with mobility, apparatus work, conditioning, and half an hour of focused flexibility.
Thursday 5:30pm – 7:30pm.
