Silks requires a high level of upper body strength.WE RECOMMEND YOU BE ABLE TO DO ONE PULL UP BEFORE STARTING SILKS.
Classes are two hours long which includes a mobilisation, apparatus work, conditioning, and half an hour of focused stretching
Wednesdays 6:30-8:30 pm.
